2. Bookings, Payments & Guest Responsibility All bookings are subject to:

Full payment terms and cancellation conditions are provided at the time of booking. Guests are responsible for:

• Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required during their stay
• Compliance with house rules and local laws
• Conduct of all occupants and visitors

WWML reserves the right to recover costs for damage or breach of terms. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed via approved payment providers. Refunds are issued strictly in accordance with the cancellation policy applicable to the booking.

3. Third-Party Platforms WWML may advertise or facilitate bookings through third-party platforms including but not limited to:

• Airbnb
• Booking.com
• Vrbo
• Lodgify

When booking through a third-party platform, you are subject to that platform’s separate terms, privacy policy, service fees, and dispute resolution processes. WWML is not responsible for:

• Platform outages
• Technical errors
• Pricing discrepancies
• Platform-imposed penalties or service interruptions
• Data handling practices of those platforms

Any disputes relating to platform functionality must be directed to the relevant provider.

4. Accommodation Use & Limitation of Liability WWML provides short to mid-term furnished accommodation. We do not guarantee suitability for specific personal, medical, commercial, or accessibility requirements unless explicitly confirmed in writing. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WWML is not liable for:

• Personal injury
• Illness
• Loss or theft of personal belongings
• Utility interruptions
• Internet outages
• Acts of third parties
• Events outside our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen property issues

Guests occupy properties at their own risk.

5. Corporate Tenancy Disclaimer (Rental Arbitrage Model) WWML leases properties directly from property owners under formal agreements. WWML is not a licensed real estate agent or property manager acting on behalf of landlords. All lease agreements exist between the property owner and WWML as tenant. WWML’s role is limited to lawful occupancy of the property and the provision of furnished short-term accommodation services. Property owners retain responsibility for structural integrity, major building compliance, and obligations outside the lease agreement.

6. Intellectual Property All website content, including logos, branding, text, design, layout, and imagery (unless otherwise credited), is the property of WWML. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited. Some images may be sourced under appropriate licensing agreements, including Pexels.com free-use licensing.

7. Privacy WWML complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and applicable Australian privacy laws. Personal information collected is used solely for:
